Who I Am

I am Ivan Shimanchik, an independent consultant based in Illinois, United States (“I,” “me,” “my”).

This website, https://numericads.com, is operated by me. “Numeric Advertising” is a trade name used for branding purposes.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, leads, and interactions provided through this website and any related pages, forms, or communications.

What I Provide

I provide insurance lead generation services to licensed insurance agents and agencies.

  • I generate consumer leads via online marketing and forms
  • I sell leads on a pay-per-lead basis
  • I do not sell insurance policies
  • I do not provide insurance advice
  • I am not an insurance carrier or agency

Lead Nature & Exclusivity

  • All leads sold are exclusive
  • Each lead is sold to one client only
  • Once delivered, a lead is not resold or reassigned

Exclusivity applies only to the initial sale and does not guarantee performance or conversion.

No Performance Guarantees

I do not guarantee:

  • Appointments
  • Sales
  • Issued policies
  • Commissions
  • Conversion rates

Lead performance depends on factors outside my control, including follow-up speed, sales ability, licensing status, carrier underwriting, and market conditions.

Client Responsibilities

By purchasing leads, you confirm that:

  • You are properly licensed to sell life insurance where required
  • You are responsible for all communication with leads
  • You comply with all applicable laws, including:
  • TCPA
  • Do-Not-Call regulations
  • CAN-SPAM
  • State insurance regulations

I am not responsible for how leads are contacted, handled, or closed after delivery.

Lead Delivery

  • Leads are delivered digitally (e.g., email, CRM, or agreed method)
  • Delivery occurs after successful payment
  • A lead is considered delivered once the information is sent to you

Refunds & Replacements

All sales are final, unless otherwise stated in writing.

If I offer replacements or refunds for specific lead issues (for example, invalid contact information), those conditions will be clearly defined before purchase.

I do not issue refunds based on:

  • Lead outcome
  • Non-response
  • Consumer interest level
  • Sales performance

Payments

  • All leads are sold one-off
  • No subscriptions
  • No retainers
  • Payment is required before delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing

Failure to pay voids any obligation to deliver leads.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • My total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific lead(s) in question

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, copy, and materials remain my intellectual property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Termination

I reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access if I believe a client is acting unlawfully, unethically, or in violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
